The Dancing Dolphin on the Isle of Skye produces high quality organic aromatherapy body care products. A wealth of organic and natural ingredients are combined in an exciting and therapeutic way in order to create a very special and unique range of health and skin care products. Our aromatherapy soap and aromatherapy skin care preparations are suitable for the most sensitive of skins.
All our products have a strong Scottish Highlands and Islands theme with names invoking the magic of Scotland. Our packaging is very special and in addition to the therapeutic qualities all our products make fantastic gifts for all occasions.
As a small company making organic and natural products we are committed to using the purest and safest of ingredients, suitable for the most sensitive skin. We do not use parabens. Our lotions, oils and creams are fragranced only with the highest quality organic essential oils they contain. Our soap is SLS free.
Organic Aromatherapy for Joints & Muscles We have many customers whose joints and muscles have benefited from using these wonderful natural organic products, in the form of a Lotion, Oil, Hand Cream and Soap. Dry and Sensitive Skin Skye Super Soothing Lotion and Soap is suitable for the most sensitive skin for all ages from infants to the elderly and has many uses. It contains a wealth of natural ingredients, which I select for their ability to soothe, moisturise, and nourish dry and sensitive skin and related skin problems.
Organic Aromatherapy for Oily Skin Skye Clear Complexion Lotion and Soap is a blend of ingredients selected to treat the cause and effect of oily skin. This unique lotion remedy reduces excess sebum in the skin, keeping oiliness under control without stripping the skin of its natural defences. It helps nourish and hydrate the skin encouraging healthy cell regeneration.
Holistic Therapies are available to improve your health and sense of well being. Experience the benefits of Aromatherapy Massage, Remedial Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Reiki in the warm ambient atmosphere of the treatment room at The Dancing Dolphin on the Isle of Skye. Two day Reiki Courses are also offered to all levels for individuals or small groups. A fantastic location to train as a Reiki Healer .
The Dancing Dolphin on the Isle of Skye offers the ultimate romantic, luxury, relaxing and private holiday B&B for two. It is located on the outer edge of Broadford Bay in the quiet township of Waterloo and in a very sunny position. Protected by a natural reef the sandy tidal bay is safe for swimming, kayaking, wind surfing and other water activities being relatively shallow at high tide. An ideal base for touring Skye and the mainland. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The double bedroom has garden, sea and mountain views with full facilities including a small chiller to keep drinks cool. The luxurious spacious en-suite has a relaxing whirlpool bath and a corner shower. The full breakfast menu caters for most requirements using home and local produce wherever possible. Holistic Therapies are optionally available to our guests. Please note we are open from March to October with a three night minimum booking.
Our Scottish Isle Location
Our beachside home & workplace looks across Broadford Bay to Beinn na Caillich ‘Mountain of the old woman’. It was so named in ancient times in memory of a Scandinavian Princess who travelled the long and dangerous journey to Skye to be married to a clan chieftain. When, as an old and revered woman, she eventually died, her body was carried to the top of the mountain to be buried at the summit so her soul could fly easily back to her homeland. A wondrous mountain of awe inspiring beauty, embodying the history and romance of Scotland and the Western Isles.
