The total B&B cost for 3 nights for two people is £240.00

(additional nights charged at £80 per night)

Arrivals

The room will be ready for occupancy from 16.00 on arrival day

and should be vacated by 10.30 on departure day

Please let us know if you would like an earlier arrival time or later departure time 

Cancellations

Where a confirmed booking is cancelled the deposit is non refundable

unless the room can be re-let for the period of cancellation

Other Conditions

Strictly no smoking in any part of the house

Although we love animals we cannot accommodate guests pets 

and our own cat and dog are not allowed access to guest accommodation

If we have confirmed your booking by email or telephone

then the following option can be used to pay the deposit.

 For a three or more nights confirmed booking this option can be used

to make a £80.00 card payment deposit via WorldPay.
