Your private accommodation comprises of a luxurious double bedroom with a large west facing window overlooking the garden, tidal sandy shore and Beinn na Cailich (Mountain of the Old Woman) being the focal point, its ancient story is steeped in history and romance. The mountain was named in honour of a Scandinavian Princess who travelled the long and treacherous journey to Skye to be married to a clan Chieftain. When she died her body was carried up 2,396ft. to the top of the mountain so that her soul could fly freely back to her homeland. She was buried at the summit and a large cairn built around her which still stands to this day and is visible from afar.

The bedroom is equipped to a high standard with tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities, a small chiller to keep milk and cold drinks cool, fresh fruit and biscuits and a single malt whisky are provided for your stay. There is a combined TV, DVD and CD player. Full Sky is on the TV and a wireless internet and laptop is available if required. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board and alarm clock are also in the room for your use. For special occasions you can arrange for a bottle of wine or champagne and a bouquet of flowers to be left in your room ready for your arrival.

The luxurious spacious en-suite has a relaxing whirlpool bath and a corner shower, with modern fittings and a large heated towel rail. The window also looks onto the shore and mountains.
