After you place an order you will receive an email showing the items you have requested, together with the delivery details, so that you can check them for accuracy and make any amendments if you wish. Thereafter you may receive additional emails informing you of the progress of your order, the carriage cost if you live outside the UK Mainland, and the delivery date.

You will not receive any other emails from us unless we need to inform you of product availability or obtain correct details of your address where incorrect information has been submitted.  If you have given us your phone number, at busy times, we may contact you by phone to obtain such information in order to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible.
