After you place an order you will receive an email showing the items you have ordered, together with the delivery details, please check for accuracy and phone or email if any changes are required. Thereafter you may receive additional emails informing you of the progress of your order.

Related to your order we you will not receive any other emails from us unless we need to inform you of product availability or obtain details of your address where insufficient information has been submitted.  If you have given us your phone number, at busy times, we may contact you by phone to obtain information in order to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible. As an existing customer we will occasionally advise you by an email if we introduce new products, or if we are offering a promotional discount. If you do not wish to receive these then please email with subject "No emails".
