This full body massage targets specific problem areas of the body to help recovery from sports injury or to help chronic pain sufferers. Both the massage and the oil stimulate the circulatory system increasing the flow of freshly oxygenated blood to nourish the injured tissues.  Lymph drainage is stimulated thus reducing swelling, and eliminating  toxins. Muscle and joint pain is eased and tension throughout the body melts away with the use of our famous Skye Meadowsweet Miracle Oil which has analgesic and anti inflammatory properties and is very effective in relieving joint and muscle pain. Techniques incorporated are Swedish Massage, Accupressure and Reiki.

Includes a free bottle of Meadowsweet oil or lotion for post treatment self help.
