Reflexology
Feet are a miniature mirror image of the body and after giving a relaxing foot massage over sixty points on the feet are worked in rotation to give a whole body treatment.
Indian Head Massage
A powerful seated acupressure treatment to release tension in the upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, head and face. The client remains fully clothed.
Reiki Pronounced RayKey.
A wonderfully peaceful experience using the traditional Usui Method of hands on healing.
Universal energy is channelled to the seven chakra areas of the body. Gives
physical, emotional and spiritual support. A non invasive therapy working
through the clothes.
